Payments

1. Go to lipa na MPESA then paybill
2. Enter the paybill number: 716038.
3. Enter your 12-digit water connection number as account number
4. Enter amount to pay.
5. Enter your MPESA PIN and confirm the transaction.
6. You shall get a confirmation SMS of your payment.

1. Dial *483*032#
2. Select option 1 and follow the prompts
3. Choose your account number and click send.

3. Select option 2
4. Follow the prompts<

2. Dial *483*032#
3. Select option 6
4. Follow the prompts<

You will be given an invoice which has a unique invoice number.

Then you follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Safaricom Menu in your cell phone
2. Go to M-Pesa
3. Select Paybill
4. Enter Paybill number : 716038
5. Enter the Invoice number provided e.g “INV0045145” in CAPITAL LETTERS .
6. Enter amount
7. Enter your M-Pesa Pin
8. Press Ok.

Visit our offices where you will be given an invoice which has an invoice number.

Then you follow the following instructions:

1. Go to Safaricom Menu in your cell phone
2. Go to M-Pesa
3. Select Paybill
4. Enter Paybill number 716038
5. Enter the Invoice number provided e.g “INV0045145” in CAPITAL LETTERS .
6. Enter amount
7. Enter your M-Pesa Pin
8. Press Ok.
